La Anselma (C/ Pagés del Corro 49, on the corner of Antillano Campos) is probably the most authentic place in Triana for flamenco and cante rociero (traditional folk singing). Improvised flamenco, flamenco singers taking turns, good atmosphere... Things get going around 12:30 p.m., though we recommend arriving at midnight to secure a good place (closed Sundays). Mixed drinks are 7€. We recommend trying a "rebujito" (4€), one of the most typical drinks in Seville (fine wine with 7 Up). Currently closed but expecting it to open again.
