Carrera del Darro is on the left bank of the Darro River. Two brick and stonework bridges, Cabrera Bridge and Espinosa Bridge, cross the river leading to Churra (a neighbourhood between the river and Alhambra Forest) and Almanzora (a neighbourhood extending to Gomérez Hill). Many interesting 16th and 17th century buildings are still intact, and there are also remains of Arab houses. The walk takes about 10 minutes.
