- Brief Description: this is the house that Anne Frank and her family hid themselves in during the Nazi occupation during the Second World War, and the place where Anne Frank wrote her famous diary. In the house, apart from experiencing the reality of their forced reclusion, you can also see the original diary and visit a holocaust documentary center. We absolutely recommend a visit.
- Cost: 9.50€ (if you buy the tickets online, they will cost an additional 0.50€, but you will avoid the long lines. The downside is that they require you to choose your entrance time. Really, if you go to the museum at 9:00am or after 6:00pm there won't be as many people and you won't need to pre-reserve tickets.)
- Hours: from July 1st to the 31st of August, 9:00am to 10:00pm; from April 1st to October 31st, 9:00am to 9:00pm; from November 1st to March 31st, 9:00am to 7:00pm.
- How to get there: on bicycle or walking, it's on Prinsengracht 263-267. The closest tram stop is Westermarkt (lines 13 and 17).
