Day 1: Arrival in Cancun

Arrival at Cancun International Airport. Transfer to hotel. Walk through the city center. Night in Cancun. 

Day 2: Chichen Itza

Visit to Chichen Itza Archaeological Ruins, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Visit to Uxmal ruins on the way back. Return to Mérida. Overnight trip to Palenque by bus. 

Day 3: Palenque Archaeological Ruins

Visit to Palenque, a beautiful ruined city set among the steep foothills and dense jungles at the base of the Chiapas Highlands. Night in Palenque. 

Day 4: Transfer to San Cristóbal de las Casas

Transfer by minivan to San Cristobal de las Casas, stopping at Misol Há and Agua Azul waterfalls. Night in San Cristobal de las Casas. 

Day 5: San Cristóbal de las Casas and San Juan Chamula

Walk through the city centre. Visit to San Juan Chamula and the San Juan Bautista Church, where you will be able to observe the pagan and Christian rituals of the area. Night in San Cristobal de las Casas. 

Day 6: Sumidero Canyon

Boat trip through El Cañón del Sumidero, a 40km canyon excavated by the Grijalva River. Night in San Cristobal de las Casas. 

Day 7: Transfer to Atitlen Lake

Transfer by minivan to Panajachel, the most important city in Atitlan Lake. Night in Atitlan. 

Day 8: Tour around the Atitlan Lake

Visit to different villages on the lake. Trek up San Pedro Volcano, where you will enjoy breathtaking views on the lake. Night in Atitlan. 

Day 9: Chichicastenango

Visit to the native market of Chichicastenango. Return to Atitlan and transfer by bus to Antigua. Night in Antigua. 

Day 10: Antigua

Walk through Antigua, the former capital of Guatemala. Visit to its main attractions. Night in Antigua. 

Day 11: Trip up Pacaya volcano

Trip up Pacaya, impressive active volcano which rises to an elevation of 2,552 metres (8,373 ft). Transfer to Tikal by an overnight bus. 

Day 12: Visit to Tikal Archaeological Ruins

Visit to Tikal, the biggest and most beautiful Mayan ruins in Guatemala. Swimming in Peten Itza Lake. Night in El Remate. 

Day 13: Transfer to Belize

Transfer to Belize City by bus. Transfer by boat to San Pedro, Madonna's "Isla Bonita". Night in San Pedro. 

Day 14: San Pedro

Relax on San Pedro beaches: sunbathing, swimming, sailing... Snorkelling in the coral reef is absolutely great. Night in San Pedro. 

Day 15: Diving in the Blue Hole of Belize

Boat trip to dive in the famous Blue Hole. Stop at 3 different virgin islands placed in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. Night in San Pedro. 

Day 16: Cay Caulker

Transfer to Cay Caulker. Snorkel with sharks and rays in the Shark-Ray Alley Reserve. Relax on the beaches. Night in Caye Caulker. 

Day 17: Transfer to Tulum

Return to Belize City. Transfer to Tulum by bus, crossing the border with Mexico. Night in Tulum. 

Day 18: Visit to Tulum Ruins

Visit to Tulum ruins. Placed right next to the Caribbean Sea, Tulum is one of the most beautiful ruins in Mexico. Transfer to Playa del Carmen. Night in Playa del Carmen. 

Day 19: Isla Mujeres

Transfer to Isla Mujeres (Women Island). Visit to the Lighthouse. Relax on the beach. Night in Playa del Carmen. 

Day 20: Cozumel

Transfer to Cozumel, another beautiful island in front of Puerto del Carmen. Great for beaches and diving. Night in Playa del Carmen. 

Day 21: Holbox

Transfer by bus to Holbox, one of the few Mexican paradises that are not crowded with tourists (yet). Night in Holbox. 

Day 22: Holbox: Whale Sharks

Boat trip to watch the whale sharks, the biggest fishes on Earth. They wander Holbox coast from June 1st to September 15th. Night in Holbox. 

Day 23: Holbox

Relax on Holbox beaches: sunbathing, biking along the shore, sailing, kayaking... Night in Holbox. 

Day 24: Flight back home

Return to Cancun. Flight back home.
