• Brief description: from the end of June to the end of August, there are performances of famous operas at the Verona Arena every Friday and Saturday. If your trip to the city coincides with these dates, you should try to attend one of these truly spectacular shows. See the program on the Arena´s official web page and buy your tickets online. You will have to print out the receipt of your reservation and pick up your tickets on the same day as the concert from the box offices around the Arena. 
• Cost: it depends on the opera and the type of seat. Go for the numbered seats in the side stands (84€ per person) where you will get a good view. If you are not real opera fans, you can opt for sectors D or E in the stands without numbered seats (27.5€). The seats are not very comfortable so it is better to hire a cushion inside the venue.
• Times: 21.15 in June and July and 21.00 in August. The length depends on the work but count on 4 hours including the intervals. It is possible to leave the venue during the intervals and re-enter.
