In the Bund, you have a multitude of places to choose from for dinner.
If you want to treat yourself to something nice, we recommend the very famous M on the Bund, which is expensive for China but the food is delicious and the views and ambience are stunning. It's also a meeting place for ex-pat Westerners working in Shanghai. It will cost you about 600CNY per person. It's located on the seventh floor of No. 5 The Bund (corner of Guangdong Lu). Make a reservation online or by calling to (86 21) 6350 9988.
If you want something less grandiose for dinner, try Ajisen Ramen, a popular Japanese noodle chain (the logo is a drawing of a girl with a bowl of soup). We recommend the octopus, breaded calamari, breaded chicken and, of course, the noodle soup! Each dish costs 20-25CNY and the portions are big.
After dinner you can go for a cocktail at The Glamour Bar (6th floor of the same building as M on the Bund), where the views of the Bund are amazing (78-88CNY per drink).
