• Brief description: one of most famous Buddhist temples in China, interesting also for its exteriors and gardens. We recommend going to see the caves (Peak Flying from Afar) first, because they fill up with people quickly and lose much of their magic. There you will see different images of Buddha carved into the rock. Afterwards, go and see the temple featuring the statue of Sakiamuni, carved out of wood and covered in gold.

• Hours: 7:00 to 18:15 (stop selling ticket at 17:30). 
• Cost: 45CNY for entering the premises and 30CNY for the temple.
• How to get there: exit the Hangzhou train station and take the Y2 or K7 tourist bus. In both cases, it's the last stop (15min - 3CNY).
