• Brief description: one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved imperial gardens in all of China. Integrated into the garden are different palaces and religious buildings. Don't miss the White Pagoda in the central island of the lake (it's worth going up for the views).

• Cost: 5CNY-10CNY (depending on the season) to enter the grounds + 2CNY for going up to the Pagoda. 
• How to get there: just north of the Forbidden City. Go by bike or on foot from the Forbidden City.
