At the Horseshoe Bay promenade (Pacific Drive) you'll find various restaurants and bars for drinks. We recommend Marlin Bar & Bistro. It's not the best restaurant in the world but they offer international cuisine at good prices, and the beer is cold! Cost: 30-40 AU$ per person.
